Test automation and CI/CD are industry practices that we all should adhere to. Many organizations still struggle with automation their tests. Manual testing and deployments take up a lot of valuable time and are error prone. They’ll distract the organization from focusing on value delivery. So raise the topic and address the need to invest in these practices.
