Squerist Agile Advent Calender

Agile Advent Calendar – 24 December

We did it! Together we counted down towards Christmas. Day by Day, we uncovered 23 Practices that might benefit you as Agile coach, Scrum master or Agile practitioner. I hope this inspired you and triggered some ideas. Tomorrow it is Christmas, I wish you all a very good time with family and friends. This year has been a strange one, you might have had your personal ups and down, but COVID affected us all. In large parts of the world the celebrations may be regulated and less extensive than normally. Maybe you are not able to gather as you normally do. Still, I wish you a happy New-Year and all the best for 2021. By uncovering the final tip of the advent calendar, all the virtual windows have been opened, I hope you enjoyed the treats.

Tip 24: Have an eye for the good things around you as well.

Be critical towards the way things are and always have an eye for potential improvements. But, have a keen eye also for the things that you have and that are good. Share these with the people around you and be aware that although things could be better, a lot of things actually are good. That holds for your team and for sure a lot of good stuff is happening in your organization as well. Be proud on that. It also holds for this year’s Christmas and New Year celebrations. You might not be able to be physically with all the people you wish to be, but you can still reach out to them and share the appreciation for each other. Happy Christmas to you all.
